Newly Added Features

User Style Types

You can create user defined elements and user defined character types.

In the <1 Style | Theme> menu, you need to click on the <2 User Style Type> link.

3If you click on the <Create User Style Type> link, you will see an input field appearing.

4You can only enter alphabets, numbers or underlines in the Key field.

5Select the Type. The default type you can select generally include Normal, Code, Definition List, Admonition, Table, and Character .

You can use them in Theme and Editor.

6In the Theme menu, you can define the format of user style.

7In the Editor menu, you can select user styles as element type or character type.

8You need to select a Table type. If you do not select it, the default style will be used.

Creating an Article

You can create an article which is not a book.

Click on the<1 Create Article> link to create an article.

Click on the <2 Edit Content> link to edit your document. Unlike a book, you can’t add chapters to your article.

You can’t change the Web Viewer layout.

In the document list, you can use different icons to identify books and short documents.

3This icon means that it is an article.

Favorites and Showing Recently Opened Chapters

You can create a favorite link to a book or a chapter.

In the dashboard, you can check your favorite books and chapters.

3If you move your mouse cursor to the star mark, you will see the favorite list appearing.

4If you click on the book title, you will be moved to the detailed book information screen.

5Click on the chapter title to launch Editor where you can edit the chapter.

6Move your mouse cursor to view the list of recently opened chapters.

Building PDF/EPUB Files for Multiple Books at One Time

Click on the <1 Export Files> link to build PDF and EPUB files for many books at one time.

2Select a book. The selected book will appear in the below list.

3Delete a book that you selected.

4Click on the <Start> button to start building files.

Callout List Element and Callout Character Type

We have newly added a Callout List element type. You can prepare it as follows and select Callout List as your element type. Then a callout number will be added to the front.

As shown in the following, you can assign an arbitrary callout number.

You can use alphabets and numbers only to set one or two lettered callout number. But there should be a space between the callout number and the content.

As shown in the following, you can add a 99 callout number by using a character type in the middle of element or table.

As we said earlier, you can only use alphabets or numbers to set a one or two lettered callout number.

Using an Ordered List or an Unordered List in a Table

You can use an ordered or unordered list in a table. But, renumbering is not supported.

Character Type Mapping Based on the Web Theme When Importing an MS Word File

When you import an MS word file, you can map character types by referring to the character type formats set in the web theme.

Opening Other Chapters in Editor

In your Editor, you can click on the 1 Book Title to immediately open other chapters.

Connecting Definition List Elements with +

As in an ordered list and an unordered list, you can combine multiple definition list elements by using the plus sign(+).

Java

The 3Rabbitz Book S/W is developed in Java. To run this S/W, you have to install Oracle Java 6.0 or higher.

+ Java versions are identified with two different nomenclatures such as 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 and 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 . 6.0 and 1.6 refer to the same version.

It supports an OS where Java 6 or higher can be installed.

Removing Line Break Used When Editing Multiple Elements Together

If you combine multiple elements for the editing purposes, you will see the <1 Remove Line Break> link in the lower left corner of the text element editor.

Showing the Label Information Too In the Book Dropdown Box

Book Title and Links to a Chapter Being Referred to

The book title and link are provided for the chapter being referred to in the table of contents.

1Click on the book title to move to the detailed book information screen.

2Click on the chapter title to launch your editor where you can edit the chapter.
